I (Awakened Athletics/Coach B) am overwhelmed to have an opportunity with Infinite Fitness to bring an authentic Yoga experience to Austin, TX. My intention is to deliver a practice that will allow athletes to perform their best, yogis to deepen their practice, and help humans be better.
In general, classes will aim to serve 3 purposes: recovery, injury prevention, mindfulness. Utilizing simple (yet effective) props and smartly designed sequences, each class will deliver a unique benefit to every athlete.
There will be a soft opening with classes beginning July 16. Due to a limited capacity pre-registration will be required. Classes will also be offered at a reduced rate until the GRAND OPENING near the end of July/beginning of August.

Tips for Yoga class
01 : Hydrate!!! - It’s not ideal to drink water during practice so consistently hydrate prior to practice
02 : Surrender - come to class with no expectations, just a smile and your mat :)
03 : Breathe - easier said than done. Connection and awareness of breathe is what separates mindless exercise from Yoga
04 : Love yourself - Why are we even doing Yoga? Because we deserve it.
